Credits are the single unit EasyFaceSwap runs on, and one balance covers the tools on the site. Face swapping, GIF swapping, video swapping, and clothes swapping all draw from the same balance.
Yes. You get a daily allowance of free credits, with no card required and nothing to claim. They refresh automatically and work on our core face swap tools.
Because running the AI models has real server costs, we also offer paid credits for anyone who needs more than the daily amount.
Your free balance refreshes automatically at 00:00 UTC every day.
One thing worth knowing: they don't carry over. Unused free credits are cleared at reset, not added to the next day. Any credits you purchased are unaffected.
We provide two options. Credit packs are a one-time purchase with no recurring charge, valid for a full year. Subscriptions release credits on a schedule while the plan is active, in weekly, monthly, and annual cycles.
Subscriptions rely on recurring billing, which isn't supported in every region. If subscription plans aren't shown above, credit packs are available and cover the same ground.

Each feature runs a different AI model, at a different resolution and level of complexity, so the underlying cost differs. A quick face rating is far cheaper to process than a clothes swap, and the credit cost reflects that.
We prioritize the payment methods that are common in your region, and the exact list appears on the payment page for your account.
You can cancel anytime, at no extra charge. All three plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle: weekly every week, monthly every month, annual every year.
After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then you simply won't be charged again. Cancellation controls are always available in your account settings, wherever you're signed in from. If you'd rather never have a recurring charge at all, buy a one-time credit pack instead.
Refunds are available within 24 hours of your first purchase, provided no more than 5 credits from that purchase have been used. Beyond either limit, credits are non-refundable, and renewals, discounted purchases, and repurchases are not eligible.
Two things are handled separately at any time: if a job fails for technical reasons the credits are returned to your balance automatically, and if you believe you were charged in error, email service@easyfaceswap.com. Full terms are in our Subscription Policies.
We do not use your uploaded content to train our AI models. Your photos and generated results are handled under our Privacy Policy: they're used only to complete the processing you requested, and aren't kept longer than necessary.
